And MOBY POS might just be the perfect tool for Bridge City Comics.  When asked about MOBY POS’s shortcomings, Michael had this to say “I can think of very few actual shortcomings and honestly, whenever I bring them up, it seems that they are features that exist in MOBY POS that I didn't know about or will be made available in an upcoming release.”

Asked about his experiences with MOBY POS customer service, Michael said “Every instance has been exceptional. One recent thing that happened was that after checking in product on a Wednesday morning, I was unable to change the status of our invoice from Prep to Checked In. After a frantic phone call and an e-mail to support, it only took five minutes for a response that fixed the problem.”

Bridge City Comics is a Portland, Oregon comic retailer that has been in business since early 2005.  From the get-go, Michael Ring, owner of Bridge City Comics, knew that he needed a point of sale system.  “I felt that the best way to keep track of literally thousands of SKUs was to institute the use of a POS system.
