The Hardware Consultation includes complete explanation of recommended hardware solutions for your specific circumstances, tailored for current hardware offerings and costs from reputable vendors, including a deliverable parts list and ordering sheet. This is only recommended for users who need assistance in setting up a MOBY POS Pro environment.

Server Configuration

Bitter End Systems provides fee-based comprehensive server hardware setup. If you select this option, Bitter End Systems will take delivery of your MOBY POS Pro server and related hardware.  This service includes the installation of any related hardware into the server as necessary, installation of software, testing, backup configuration, and UPS configuration. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
