All purchases of MOBY come with 90 days of free technical support and software upgrades. After 90 days, users may purchase support sessions by the hours for $75 per hour. 

E-mail support through our Support Site or on our Support Forum is always free, but for issues that cannot be resolved via e-mail or on the forum may require paid support.
